Education

Being founded on the Word of God is a core principal of church life at Living Faith Fellowship. We believe that God calls us to move forward in our faith, and to actively equip ourselves with the truth so that we may be more effective disciples. To facilitate this, we provide a number of college-level classes to better equip ourselves to live out our faith.

  For those who want a higher Christian education, or who want to go into the ministry, the College of Ministry Training (CMT) offers classes to meet those goals. A student can receive a Bible college degree by taking Bible classes here at Living Faith Fellowship.

The Carpenter Series

God’s desire is to save you, build you up, strengthen and bless your life, to give you hope, purpose, and direction. From the Book of Ephesians we learn that we are to “. . . hold to the truth in love, becoming more and more in every way like Christ, who is the head of His body, the church.” (Ephesians 4:15 NLT) We want to be like Christ, the Carpenter. It is our desire that He would use us, the ministries of this Church, and The Carpenter Series as tools to help you fulfill this in your life.

101: Building Your Faith

The essential part of a lasting structure is a solid foundation.  This five-week class covers vital and necessary foundation principles of Christianity.

Whether you’ve never heard much about Jesus, have recently accepted Him as your personal Savior, or have been walking with Him for years, we believe the Carpenter Series has something for everyone.

The Carpenter Series also serves as our Membership class and will tell you more about Living Faith Fellowship and what we believe as a congregation.

Our next class will be offered on Friday evenings at 5:15pm beginning on February 17th.

201: Building Your Church

(pre-requisite 101)

During this second four-week class, you will continue to grow spiritually as you learn how you can help build Christ’s Church. You’ll add to your spiritual tools and become more equipped to live Christianity each and every day. Topics include Sharing Your Faith, Communion, Giving, Service, and Commitment.

301: Building Your Ministry: Discovering Your God-given Purpose

(pre-requisite 201)
CS 301 has a $10.00 course materials fee.

There’s no one like you! You are uniquely and specially handcrafted by God. This four-week class helps you identify the unique combination of tools God has given you to fulfill His plan for your life as you live and serve to bring Him pleasure. Discover the exciting adventure God has ahead for you! Topics include Finding Your Place in Ministry, Personality Discovery, Learning Spiritual Gifts, and Connecting Passion with Ministry.

Bible Foundations

We offer four years of Bible Foundations classes for those who wish to be solidly established on the Word of God. Students learn the timeless truths of the Christian faith in a line-upon-line, precept-upon-precept format that emphasizes experiential learning and personal application.

Bible Foundations classes are available for college credit through the College of Ministry Training. Each student is given a TA for homework grading and class study help. Classes begin in August and finish May, and may be taken in full-year or half-year increments.

Overview of the Christian Faith

This course presents a broad overview of essential Christian principles such as: Who is God?, What is the Bible?, Creation, the Prophets, the Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ, and the New Testament Church. I’d like more information about enrolling.

Bible Foundations 2: Founded on the Rock

Sundays 9:00 AM in Family Center Room 331
(Pre-requisite: Bible Foundations 1)

Study the six foundation stones of Christianity, as found in Hebrews 6:1-3. Topics including the doctrines of baptism, repentance from dead works, the laying on of hands, and more. I’d like more information about enrolling.

Bible Foundations 3: The Old Testament

Sundays 9:00 AM in Family Center Room 232
(Pre-requisite: Bible Foundations 2)

A study of the books of the Old Testament, includes presentation of practical information such as impactive occurrences in Israel’s economy, government, religious life, and in the neighboring nations. The homework especially emphasizes the heart of the Father to His people. I’d like more information about enrolling.

Bible Foundations 4: The New Testament

Sundays 9:00 AM in Family Center Room 232
(Pre-requisite: Bible Foundations 2)

Overview of the New Testament, including the life of Jesus, the apostles, and the history of the early church. I’d like more information about enrolling.

MIRROR I

How were you designed to relate to people? In this class, we seek to answer this question from a Biblical perspective. MIRROR is a semester-long, college-level Biblical psychology class designed to help us evaluate our relationship with God and our relationship with people. MIRROR stands for Maturity in Relationships: Reaction or Response.

MIRROR 1 is offered each spring from January to May and is open to everyone. Each class lasts approximately two hours, and includes a weekly homework assignment.

MIRROR II

Traditionally offered in the summer, MIRROR II focuses on our relationships with each other on casual and deeper interpersonal levels. This helps to build an understanding of the psychological components of our actions as it relates to our understanding in perceived frameworks between ourselves and God.

Pullman Christian School

Providing a quality education in a wholesome, Christian environment. Pullman Christian School welcomes Christian families to apply for admission for Grades K-12. We offer a full-day program for Grades 1-12, and a half-day program for Kindergarten.
