Pastor Phil Vance is a gifted evangelist and shepherd, having served in full-time ministry since 1987. After founding and growing Living Faith’s college ministry for 20 years, Phil was set in as senior pastor in 2001 with a mandate to reach our community and see spiritual transformation on the Palouse. His passion for relationship and connection has built a culture of family that makes Living Faith the supportive church that it is today.

Pastor Kari Vance is a pastor, mentor, and teacher with a passion for training spiritual leaders. A life-long minister in the local church, Kari has led ministries and built teams in virtually every area of Living Faith Fellowship. Her encouragement and zeal has touched hundreds of lives, and her passion for discipleship challenges us to go deeper in our relationship with Jesus.
